Ecommerce Associate - Tracking (Assistant to Customer support)

Job Responsibilities
- Updating all Trackers properly (i.e., mCaffeine, Wow, Skull shaver)
- Checking pricing inventory of API
- Modify the existing catalog process to improve the productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Identifying and correcting catalogue errors for the product catalog
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve queries
- Coordinate with other teams like in-house team, external vendors like delivery partners, warehouse, and logistic partners on execution of e-commerce activities.
