
Sales/dispatch Executive

Elysia Medical Products Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Dispatch Coordinator to manage the efficient processing and dispatch of orders for our medical consumables and equipment. This role will involve coordinating with the sales team, managing inventory for dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with computers, and good communication in English are key to success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and manage order fulfilment.
- Organize and oversee the dispatch of products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and dispatch activities in company systems.
- Prepare invoices, dispatch documentation, and track shipments.
- Communicate with logistics partners and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries about order status and dispatch timelines.
- Collaborate with production to ensure stock availability for orders and timely replenishment of inventory.
- Generate regular reports on sales, dispatch, and inventory levels.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, dispatch, or logistics roles.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/dispatch management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing processes is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in handling dispatch and logistics in the medical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
