**Your Job**

**What You Will Do**
- Sourcing and negotiating of Hardware/Software & Technology related Purchases and Renewals.
- Partner with key business partners to understand product requirements, evaluate value and options, align strategies and articulate the requirements to suppliers. Perform Contract/Agreement review to meet negotiated Terms & Conditions and evaluate Vendor adherence.
- Transactional Excellence for all purchases; including but not limited to Catalog/non-catalog Hardware & Software Goods and Services
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organization's needs and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to Internal stakeholders on IT procurement processes.
- Executing the IT Procurement process from requisition to payment.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities to aggregate purchases, negotiate price discounts, and obtain contracted pricing.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or IT procurement
- Experience in purchasing and negotiation of Hardware. Software and Technology related services
- Experience in working closely with suppliers and Vendor Management
- Able to add value, reduce costs and business improvements.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with an ability to relay complex information between multiple parties.
- Strong Attention to detail and Prioritization

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- A passion for leveraging new technologies to transform business processes.
- Experience in managing/administering & renewing IT Technology Contracts, End-User License Agreements
- Experience with ServiceNow and Ariba/Coupa procurement software
- Working on and driving transformation efforts
