**Job Brief**:
We are hiring for multiple roles available at Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO). The PRO will ensure effective internal and external communication to promote the hospital’s services and uphold its reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential referral sources — clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate offices, schools, colleges, and NGOs etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, health practitioners, and corporate health officers.
- Execute field marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and increase awareness about hospital specialties.
- Organize and support community outreach programs such as health camps, blood donation drives, and awareness events.
- Maintain visit reports, lead records, and follow-up status on a daily/weekly basis.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients.
- Achieve assigned targets for referrals, tie-ups, and community outreach.
