**Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with students and their families, addressing their inquiries regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, admission procedures, and related services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for students to meet with education counsellors or advisors, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and follow-ups.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address student concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to the relevant department for resolution.
- **Office Administration**: Support general office administration tasks such as maintaining records, managing inventory of office supplies, and coordinating with maintenance staff for office upkeep.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a customer service or front office role is preferred, but fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
