**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative - Hilden Packaging Machines**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, showcasing the unique features and advantages of Hilden Packaging Machines.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Hilden Packaging Machines to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Leverage a comprehensive understanding of Hilden's machinery to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, highlighting the specific benefits and technological advancements of Hilden Packaging Machines.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Current understanding of our machinery systems
- Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training to clients, emphasizing the unique selling points of our machinery.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, incorporating technical details and advantages of Hilden's machines.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation, addressing client inquiries regarding the functionality and capabilities of Hilden Packaging Machines.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, with a focus on the strengths and areas for improvement of Hilden's products.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for product enhancement or expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging machinery industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
