
Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple company accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to support financial planning and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a small business environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Ethics**: High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,428.78 - ₹32,230.67 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
