Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: (No. of years) : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting

Specifications: Minimum 2 years in team management

**Purpose**: The purpose of this is to ensure that good client relationships are maintained, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Should have good knowledge of Tally, TDS & GST.
- Debtors & creditors reconciliation.
- Prepare & finalize accounting reports.
- Bank liaising and documentation.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery for any queries.
- Good understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Coordinating & completing annual audits.
- Assigning tasks, directing staff and ensuring compliance & accuracy.
- Lead and manage accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

**Other Specifications**:

- Should have worked in mid-size company with 50-250 Cr turnover.
