**Overview**:

- 5+ years of experience in software system testing, with a focus on data migration projects.
- Proven experience in developing and executing migration test plans and cases.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of data migration concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using SQL for data validation and testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., zephyr scale, Jira, TestRail).
- Knowledge of data transformation and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify inconsistencies and issues.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data migration services (e.g., AWS Data Migration Service, Azure Database Migration Service).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Good domain knowledge in EMS/NMS, Datacom (packet or optical networking).
