We are currently seeking a SharePoint Support & Migration to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

End User Computing (EUC) designs, delivers and supports technology products at the core of the workplace environment which directly impacts user experience and enables productivity and collaboration.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop an understanding of the on-premises SharePoint farms, Shared Mailboxes and their complexities.
- Analyse the source and destination environments based on the site complexities, 3rd party dependencies, custom solutions and business requirements.
- Execute and develop components required for migration of Shared Mailboxes and SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
- Contribute to defining target SPO information architecture required for migration.
- Participate in design, code, test reviews cycles and POCs.
- Deliver HLD, LLD, Solution Architecture, Operation Guide, and End User Guide for migration.
- Design, document and deliver engineering tasks for automation work required for migration.
- Communication support for the targeted users/owners for SharePoint sites and mailboxes.
- Assist with the arrangement of Change request and facilitation of migrations.
- Work with the programme to define End user communication, Migration execution as per set up, Migration job monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Explore and support escalated issues raised on migration to determine and identify root cause.
- Document key learnings and findings.
- Document and raise risks and issues in the project RAID log.
- Work as part of migration team and assist Migration architect and stakeholders.

**Your skills and experience**
- Solid and proven understanding and ability with SharePoint 2010/2013, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online.
- Strong knowledge of writing PowerShell in SharePoint on premise and online.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Power Apps and Flows.
- Hands on experience on migration tools like Sharegate, AvePoint, Metalogix etc. and troubleshooting migration issues and logs.
- Experience with re-developing custom solutions and third-party tools like Nintex in SPO/ODFB using Power platform tools, Azure automation etc.
- Previous experience of M365 tenant configuration and SPO admin centre.
- Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC tools like JIRA, Bit Bucket, Artifactory etc.
