**The Opportunity**:
This is an **Onsite** role.

**What you will do**:

- **Architectural Design & Strategy**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint infrastructure and architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 solutions, aligning with organizational goals and IT strategies.
- Finalize and collaborate on new pre-sales opportunities for projects by finalizing scope, identifying risks/assumptions, and providing estimates for work with epic & task level breakdown.
- **SharePoint Infrastructure & Architecture**:

- Design and manage SharePoint Online environments, including licensing, best practice setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Lead the migration from SharePoint Server, DFS/NFS file shares to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Implement governance, best practices, and security protocols for SharePoint environment including but not limited to native SharePoint functionality, Cloud Defender for apps, and Microsoft Purview.
- **Power Platform Development**:

- Design and develop custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripts to automate processes, enhance collaboration, and improve productivity.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 service and/or third party services/connectors.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Work with Cloud Defender for Apps to implement and manage security measures across Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Set up Microsoft Purview deployments with labeling, classification, monitoring, and alerting at both the tenant, site/library, user/group, and endpoint levels.
- Monitor and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop and enforce security best practices and policies for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to deliver high-quality Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business needs.
- Liaise with Microsoft and other vendors to stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices.
- Build teams in these domains by interviewing and participating deeply in the selection process for oncoming developers.
- Work with leadership to identify skillsets and ranks of current team members to appropriately classify skill level across these domains.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, addressing performance issues, user concerns, and other technical challenges.
- Lead efforts to optimize system performance, reliability, and security.

**Who you are**:

- 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint infrastructure, including both SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid, etc).
- Proficiency in Power Platform development, including custom app development, workflow automation, and data integration.
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for automation and configuration management.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 security technologies, including Cloud Defender for Apps & Microsoft Purview, and the implementation of security controls and compliance policies.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 security tools, particularly Cloud Defender for Apps.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects, particularly in a Microsoft 365 or SharePoint environment.
