Job Title: Data ArchitectKey responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Assess and analyze source and target systems for migration readinessDefine data migration strategy, scope, and approachDesign end-to-end data migration architecture and workflowsIdentify and map data between legacy and target systemsDevelop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processesEnsure data quality, consistency, and integrity during migrationCreate and execute data validation and reconciliation plansCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirementsManage migration tools and technologies (e.G., Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory)Plan and execute data migration testing (unit, system, UAT)Monitor and troubleshoot migration issues and performance bottlenecksDocument migration processes, mappings, and configurationsEnsure compliance with data governance and security policiesSupport cutover planning and execution during go-liveProvide post-migration support and issue resolutionKey Skills/Knowledge:Data migration strategy and planningSource-to-target data mappingETL development and optimization (e.G., Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory)Data profiling and cleansingData validation and reconciliation techniquesSQL and database expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)Cloud migration tools and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of legacy and modern ERP/CRM systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)Data governance and compliance awarenessPerformance tuning and troubleshootingRisk assessment and mitigation planningCutover planning and executionDocumentation and process standardizationStakeholder communication and coordinationAgile and project management methodologiesExperience required:Experience of minimum 8 - 10 years as Data Architect Experience of managing multiple stakeholders. Experience of managing and working with people from different ethnicity and culture.
