A Telecalling Executive is responsible for:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers

2. Promoting products or services

3. Building relationships and trust with customers

4. Identifying and qualifying leads

5. Handling customer inquiries and concerns

6. Meeting call volume and sales targets

7. Updating customer information and databases

8. Collaborating with sales teams and other departments

9. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

10. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Some specific responsibilities may include:

- Making cold calls to new customers
- Following up with existing customers
- Pitching products or services
- Answering customer questions
- Resolving customer complaints
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Meeting daily or weekly call targets
- Participating in training and coaching sessions
- Using CRM software and other tools

The goal is to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
