- What Will You Do:
*Establish clear client retention goals.
*Assist customers with setting up and navigating through software product.
*Promote the value of the product through customer experience.
*Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
*Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
What Will You Need to Succeed:
Minimum qualification: Graduation, however Postgraduate in Management course is desired.
Strong analytical skills with bias for action
Ability to gel with diverse colleagues (software developers, marketing specialists, product managers) as part of cross-functional project teams
An entrepreneurial mindset i.e. taking ownership and contributing towards a solution.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Familiarity with CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk etc.)
Additional Information
Internship Duration 3 to 6 months
- This is paid internship for 3 to 6 months. We will provide you stipend rs. 8000/- per month..
