We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter who’ll optimise our talent sourcing and recruiting processes. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A results-driven individual experienced with working in a dynamic environment. Someone who will play on our team at one goal — to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Building partnerships with C-Level managers in order to find the perfect fit to close open positions
- Upholding the best practices for executive search, leveraging data and market insights to identify optimal sourcing strategy, while executing with both quality and efficiency
- Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future C-Level needs
- Working closely with Head of Executive Recruitment on continuous improvement initiatives

**What you'll need**:

- 5+ years of experience working on banking, tech, or corporate leadership positions
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with timelines and KPIs
- Extensive experience working with C-level stakeholders
- A results-driven, numbers-oriented approach
- Strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail

**Nice to have**:

- Experience at a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup and/or executive search firm

**Compensation range**
- Vilnius: €3,500 - €6,900 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €3,500 - €6,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
