We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring timely closures as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
- Manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across different levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and trackers.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within stipulated timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of different hiring models and job functions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on quality and speed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing agency preferred.
