We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring timely closures as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
  • Manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across different levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Achieve assigned hiring targets within stipulated timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of different hiring models and job functions.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing agency preferred.
