**Job Overview**:
As an Events Associate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Goodera’s virtual volunteering events that are organized for corporate employees across the globe. You will be the tech cum event support person who will be assisting the event host/emcee during the ongoing events. You are expected to have a good knowledge of Video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Team, Webex etc.) and very good with communication skills and can handle in-event queries of volunteers across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and executing virtual volunteering events end-to-end
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with event hosts and global emcees
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure a smooth execution as well as to gain product and audience insights
- Establish and report on campaign results, making recommendations on continuously building upon the events and communicating goals/results
- Building a healthy work relationship with our global community of hosts and emcees
- Filling the pre-event checklist to ensure smooth delivery of the virtual volunteering experiences
- Ensure clear communication between internal and external stakeholders prior to the event and manage in-event operations

**Requirement**:

- 1-3 Years of Experience; prior experience of co-hosting/supporting virtual events is a plus
- Flexible to work across times of the day and on weekends (if needed) and preferably based out of Bangalore
- Excellent knowledge of Video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Team, Webex etc.)
- Good Experience with Google & Microsoft tools (sheets, excel and drive, calendar, docs.)
- Real job experience handling multiple projects at one time and meeting tight deadlines
- Must have great proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills; is a people’s person
- Strong Operator - who can handle crisis situations and has a strong presence of mind
- Driven to be self-motivated and reliable with excellent organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
