**What will you be doing?**

**1. Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with event organizers to understand requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed call scripts and event agendas.

**2. Outreach and Communication**:

- Provide information about the event, address inquiries, and manage RSVPs.

**3. Follow-up and Confirmation**:

- Confirm attendance and participation details with contacts.
- Send reminders and updates leading up to the event.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all communications and responses.
- Report on call outcomes, attendance confirmations, and any issues encountered.

**5. Customer Service**:

- Offer exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all contacts.
- Handle any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**6. Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with the event planning team to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
- Participate in post-event debriefs to review performance and outcomes.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work well within a team and provide valuable feedback.
