**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**: Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- **Product Promotion**: Presenting and promoting the company's products or services effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying leads for business opportunities.
- **Customer Support**: Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or product-related questions.
- **Sales and Conversion**: Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets by converting calls into sales.
- **Data Management**: Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer information and interactions.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensuring timely follow-up on customer queries and leads.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English, Hindi, and a South Indian regional language** (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with colleagues to achieve team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification**:12th Pass/Graduate**.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Comfortable with working in a target-driven environment.
