**ob description**
- In liaison with Sales and Service Managers lead, facilitate and coordinate continuous dealership training programs.
- Monitor and drive usage of social media by Sales and Service terms.
- Conducts FGE Sales and Service Assessment periodically - to understand process gaps. - Share the findings along with Action Plan with Dealer Principal, dealership senior management team FORD field team.
- Monitor and ensure continuous improvement in the Ford Guest Experience indices (CVP, JDP) by constantly reviewing and analyzing the same. Work directly with Sales and Service Managers to optimize and refine the process performance and improve staff behavior and enhance skills.
- Escalate critical issues that hamper smooth execution of FGE processes at dealership to Dealer principal, FORD team, and ensure they get resolved.
