Spa Supervisor

1.Oversees daily Spa Operations to ensure areas are well maintained & service is delivered seamlessly in accordance with spa standard.

2.Create weekly schedule for staffs.

3.Answering phones, book appointments, perform check in and check out of all spa guests. Handle payment transactions of guests’ treatment and retail products, completing all shift reports and paperwork.

4. Scheduling spa reservations and upsell treatments to maximize room and therapist utilization.

5.Follow all company policies and procedures.

6.Perform other duties as assigned by Spa Operations Manager or Director of Spa

7.Ensure uniform and appearance is tidy and professional, in line with grooming standards.

8.Document pertinent information in the departmental logbook and/or guest incident action forms.

9.Monitor team performance & provide constructive feedback for improvement.

10.Maintain a co-operative team attitude with co-workers.

11.Monitoring the guest areas of spa to ensure that the front desk, spa lounge, locker areas & fitness facilities are at all times, neat, orderly & well stocked.

12.Merchandising & maintenance of neat & orderly retail displays.

13. Seek the spa's ability to maximize revenues by analysing the day-to-day bookings, future bookings and coordinating schedules and services with lead therapist and receptionist accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
