**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, tele-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer energy needs, and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Explain technical information about solar products and installation processes in a simple and clear way.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily records of activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy or related fields.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the Anand and Vadodara regions will be a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of solar power systems is preferred (training will be provided if needed).
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply).
