**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Duties**
- Execute offline marketing initiatives, including coordination of events, execution of offline collaterals, and community outreach activities.
- Schedule and attend appointments with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other potential referral sources to build and maintain relationships.
- Assist in the collection of digital and physical assets (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) for use in both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with the clinical team to gather content and insights for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities during the launch of new clinic locations.
- Interact with clients when necessary to support marketing campaigns, collect feedback, or organize testimonials.

**Sales Duties**
- Professionally answer and screen incoming client calls to provide information or direct to appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed logs of client calls, categorizing them as genuine or non-genuine, and prepare weekly reports for the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead follow-ups and client communication strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Media**, **Communications**, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Kannada** (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of content creation, marketing channels, and client relationship management is a plus.
