**Dev Abrasive is a manufacturer, supplier & distributor of Abrasive. Our group is having 2 manufacturing units in India viz., Roorkee, Uttarakhand & Vasai, Maharashtra. Our Office is located at Goregaon, Mumbai. We are having Sales Team at multiple locations in India. We are national distributor for Hermes Abrasive GmbH, Germany. Our Company's turnover is 30 crores for FY- 2022.**
**We are continuously growing organisation. Our Vision & Mission is to become a lead supplier to all reputed manufacturing companies across India as well as neighbouring countries.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying potential customers & enquire regarding their requirements through tele calls. If the customer is using Abrasive products than to further follow up and get product details used by him.
- Try and convert all enquiries into orders.
- Receives all incoming orders from customers and sales team.
- Sales Order Entry in tally after receiving orders & after checking with factory availability of raw material & confirming rate & terms and conditions.
- Actively participate in the resolution of complex orders Issues / problems with Management as necessary.
- Reviewing and taking timely action on the Product not arriving as expected Reports & ensures timely dispatch of orders to the customers.
- Day to day reporting to & coordinating with head of departments.
- Tender searching & uploading in GEM Portal.
- Payment follow-up
- Preparing / assisting in MIS work.
- Should be a Graduate.
- 3+ years’ work experience in sales co-ordinator preferably from **manufacturing industry**.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) & (**Tally Knowledge is preferrable**).
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
