**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including presentations, workshops, exercises, and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new marketing team members.
- Good understanding of latest AI tools used in Digital Marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are desirable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
