Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, experience working in an agency environment, and expertise in website development. This role involves delivering comprehensive and practical training programs, developing course content, and helping participants master the latest digital marketing strategies and tools.Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging digital marketing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
  • Provide hands-on training in various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Utilize real-world case studies and industry best practices to enhance learning.
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Develop and update training materials, including course content, presentations, and practical exercises.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of different audiences, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
  • Incorporate current trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and website development.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Assess participants' understanding and application of digital marketing concepts through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage your experience from working in digital marketing agencies and website development to provide valuable insights and real-world examples.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and website development.
  • Share knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends with participants.
  • Mentorship and Support:
  • Offer one-on-one coaching and support to participants, helping them apply digital marketing strategies to their specific needs.
  • Assist participants in developing and implementing their digital marketing plans and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in agency environments and website development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience in training or teaching is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in website development concepts, including SEO, UX/UI, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various audiences.
