Job Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, rates, and special offers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.

Booking Management:

- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software systems.
- Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability and negotiate rates when necessary.
- Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
- Follow up with customers to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and gather any additional required information.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
