As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Reservation Executive** to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Position Summary**:
The **Reservation Executive (Male/Female)** will be responsible for **managing reservations and booking inquiries, handling customer communication, and converting potential leads into confirmed bookings**. The role requires a **proactive approach in engaging with travel agents, managing the reservation database, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle reservation inquiries received through **digital marketing campaigns** and other channels.
- Engage with travel agents and partners to secure bookings and promote the resort.
- **Convert leads into confirmed reservations** by providing detailed information and timely follow-ups.
- **Maintain and update reservation records**, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer journey and booking process.
- Monitor lead conversion performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the brand’s reputation in all interactions.

Graduate or **Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management**, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years of experience** in **reservations**, front office, **travel sales**, or customer service in the hospitality industry.

- Proven follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
