**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the customer database (CRM) with up-to-date client information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in developing CRM campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM tools to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Malayalam, English**, and **either Tamil or Telugu** (mandatory).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
