We pride ourselves on offering a diverse selection of high-quality teas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Nepalese** Waitress to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with menu selections and answering any questions about our tea offerings.

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve tea and other beverages according to our standards.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients and brewing methods.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the tea bar.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Up-sell and promote special offers or new tea varieties to customers.

Stay informed about current tea trends and be able to make recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

Fluent in Hindi and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and passion for tea is highly desirable.

Excellent multitasking abilities.

Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
