**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently while building strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Acquisition**

Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation.

Present and promote company products or services to clients to meet their needs.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Client Relationship Management**

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Provide excellent after-sales service and address client queries promptly.

**Market Research & Strategy**

Gather market and client feedback to improve product offerings.

Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest strategies to gain a competitive edge.

**Reporting & Documentation**

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the sales manager.

**Target Achievement**

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify new opportunities to maximize revenue in the territory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
