Job Description: Customer Care Executive - US Inbound International Voice Process

Role Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to services and products.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements for handling sensitive information.
- Document customer interactions and update internal systems accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet process and performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education:

- Graduates (Freshers) are eligible to apply.
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience in any field may apply.
- Undergraduate freshers are not eligible.
- Communication:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle conversations with international customers professionally and confidently.
- Experience:

- Freshers with the above-mentioned criteria are welcome.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Package:

- Freshers: ₹20,000 - 27,000 CTC per month
- Work Days: 5 days a week
