**About the Team**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Establish standards, guidelines, and quality assurance for database deliverables.
- Provide expertise in database design and optimization.

**What You Bring**
- 4 to 8 years of experience as an MS SQL DBA.
- Knowledge of common DBMS: MS SQL 2012-2016 or later versions.
- Ability to support databases on common OS platforms: RHEL, AIX, Windows.
- Experience installing new DB server environments and performing upgrades.
- Troubleshooting skills for resolving database issues.
- Ability to make configuration changes for optimized performance.
- Experience with database backups/exports and disaster recovery.

**Added Bonus If You Have**
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services.
- Understanding of the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
