**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and report findings
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience behavior to improve targeting and performance
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad copies and creatives
- Monitor, track, and report on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Support the team in keyword research and bid management
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign performance

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel and basic reporting techniques
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
