Digital Marketing Executive

**About the Job**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, driving business growth, and expanding our reach through various marketing channels to generate leads. **1. Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience
- Create, curate and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook)
- Compose creative copy for social and design basic graphics
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach

**2. Website Maintenance**:

- Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly and reflects our brand accurately
- Collaborate with web developers to implement improvements, updates and new features
- Implement SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and increase visibility
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Regular update website with new products, banners and SEO optimized content

**3. Blogs & Newsletters**:

- Research, write and edit engaging and informative blog posts that resonate with our target audience
- Optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting
- Publish regular newsletters updating our customers about the recent activities, collaborations and new products

**4. Ad Creation and Management**:

- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote products, services or events
- Create visually appealing ad creatives and compelling ad copy
- Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets as needed to maximize ROI

**6. Print Ads**:

- Design and place print ads in industry-relevant magazines and newspapers to increase brand visibility and recall
- Collaborate with graphic designers and magazine publishers to ensure high-quality ad placement

**7. Conference and Exhibition Promotions**:

- Plan and coordinate our presence at industry conferences and exhibitions
- Create promotional materials, booth displays, and presentations
- Engage with attendees and promote our products/services effectively

**8. Proofreading and Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proofread all written materials, including catalogues, website content, marketing collateral and ad copy
- Ensure content is error-free, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a consistent tone and style

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
- Knowledge of the Quality Control trends and best practices is advantageous
