Executive, Market Places Handler and Influencer Marketing executive. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Online Marketing strategies in order to increase the
Wiluminaty Brand’s online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
**1) Job Description for the Post of: - Social Media Executive**
- Planning and implementing social media marketing strategies
- To be well versed with social media platforms and their nuances
- Creating and managing the social media posts on **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,**
**Pinterest, Koo, You -Tube, SnapChat, Telegram, Moj, MX Takatak, Hipi, Josh, **LinkedIn etc.**
- Stay up to date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitor the social media activity of business competitors
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Come up with creative ideas to hit sales pitch to potential business partners.
- Personality Traits: Creative, loves to engage, adaptive, positive attitude, enthusiastic etc.
**2) Job Description for the Post of: - E-Commerce Market Place Handler**
To create product content and ensure the information is up-to-date on the Online portals
- To do season planning and make an option plan towards effective turnaround
- To allocate merchandise for Online retailers on basis of their requirements and Sales performance
- To create and execute online branding & marketing plan, maintaining quality & freshness of the e-commerce website, site promotions and creating business plan for e
- commerce initiative
- To initiate and coordinate dispatch once the Purchase Orders are received
- On weekly/ monthly basis capture and plan replenishments of merchandise
- To prepare Sell through analysis (fast moving and slowing moving merchandise analysis) portal-wise on weekly and monthly basis
- To create competition analysis report and present the same in review meetings
- To analyze past and present promotions and its results on sale
- To propose promotional offers and schemes to HOD and ensure deployment of the same post approval from Management
- To plan EOSS merchandise and discounts to be offered season wise
- To manage and strengthen relationship with Online affiliates **(Flipkart, Amazon,**
**Meesho, Shopsy, SnapDeal, Udaan, Ajio, JD Mart, Shopclues, Wiluminaty**

- To ensure targeted sales are achieved from various Online platforms
- To keep track of merchandise returned from Online retailers
**3) Job Description for the Post of: - Influencer Marketing Executive**
The profile involves
- Contacting influencers and onboarding them (on barter)
- Regular follow ups with influencers and managing them
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue by upselling
- Monitoring influencer marketing activities, tracking & analyzing data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives.
- Proofread & edit the creative shared by the Influencers & ensure timely delivery of the content.
- Plan and recommend influencers to the client as per their brief.
- Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels, from clients to vendors to team members.
- Should be someone with excellent administrative and leadership skills.
