**Job Description for the Post of: - Social Media Marketing Executive**
- Planning and implementing social media marketing strategies
- Create Post’s Content Writing, Description, Keywords / Hashtag, Tagging, Captions to support Social Media Posting.
- To increase our Followers, Likes, Views, Comments, Share etc.
- To be well versed with social media platforms and their nuances
- Creating and managing the social media posts on **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Koo, You -Tube, SnapChat, Telegram, Moj, MX Takatak, Hipi, Josh, LinkedIn etc.**:

- Stay up to date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor the social media activity of business competitors
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

**Pay Scale Provided by Company for Social Media Marketing Executive: -**
- For every post creation and posting you will get 10 Rs. per activity on Social Media Platform.
- We will associate with you for 1 Year.
- If you complete 1 year association with company, We will give you 2 Years of Experience certificate as a Bonus.
- For Unique 100 users doing Comments on Single Post You will get Rs.100 as a Bonus.
- For Unique 50 users Share a single Post you will get Rs.30 as a Bonus.
- For Adding Unique followers to profile you will get 10 Paisa.
- We will help you in Grooming of your personal, professional and social profile for future prospective.
- We also promote your professional and social profile in National Level.
- We will also sponsor future studies or any certificate course in field of Social Media which depends on your productive performance and long term stability in company. (For sponsoring future education separate MOU will be consider).
- Increment will do if you complete given task / target much before deadline.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
