**Job description**

**Job Summary**: As a **Female Trainee Telesales Assistant**, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales through outbound calls. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to start a career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce services and generate interest.
- Follow a prepared script to provide information about the service.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers from provided databases or through research.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest level.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Persuade customers to services by explaining the benefits and answering questions.
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
