- Identify new sales opportunities in the construction and building materials market.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, contractors, builders, and procurement managers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Offer technical support and product knowledge to customers as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on new products, industry developments, and best practices related to building materials.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, progress updates, and market insights.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide feedback to the management team.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Close sales deals effectively and efficiently while maintaining profit margins.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with technical sales and product specifications.
- Ability to work with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Understanding of construction projects and timelines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
