Job Duties:

- Help us in the process of finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process
- Complete RFQ documentation and follow up.
- Prepare quotes.
- Continuously update of RFQ pricing database library to contribute to the effective processing and competitiveness of RFQ’s
- Support the procurement specialists with paperwork for bid packet creation and submissions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum 2 Years in procurement/finance/banking/legal.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be agile and an excellent negotiator, drive creative solutions & self-starter.
- Maintain and update the CRM tool
- Ability to successfully navigate simultaneous multi-level projects and tasks in a team environment.
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel is desired and additional quantitative skills are preferred.
- Strong understanding of purchasing fundamentals.
