Customer Service Advisor

**Qualification**:
 Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the

pharmaceutical or medical industry.

**Profile required**:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone

manner.

 Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

 Proficiency in excel

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

 Good interpersonal skills - able communicate on all levels

 Have a flexible working approach and can convey a positive attitude

 Team player and able to support to other team members

 Work on own initiative

**Responsibilities**:
 Order Management: Place customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all

details are logged correctly.

 Credit Notes: Issue credit notes promptly for returns or discrepancies, maintaining

accurate records of transactions.

 Complaint Logging: Log customer complaints systematically, initiate investigations for

issues such as picking errors, missing stock, damaged, and wet stock.

 Problem Resolution: Conduct preliminary investigations for stock issues, including

picking errors, missing items, and damaged or wet stock, coordinating with relevant

departments for swift resolution.

 Team Support: Assist the team with various customer service tasks during peak times or

when short-staffed, ensuring consistent service quality.

 Customer Interaction: Regularly pick up phones and respond to customer inquiries,

providing clear and helpful information about products and services.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders,

and complaints, ensuring data integrity.

**Terms and conditions of the Employment**:
1. Upon confirmation if employee decides to leave the company, she/he must provide

a written notice of 60 days in advance. This will allow the company enough time to

hire and train replacement of the employee.

2. If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the company

reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with immediate notice.

3. Once the appointment letter has been signed and submitted to us all the above terms

and conditions will become effective.

**Additional guidelines**:

- Working Hours: UK Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays, as per department)
- No Indian holidays
- The entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.
- No mobile phone on desk during work hours
- Salary account with ICICI bank
