We are looking for an experienced, confident, proactive, excited HR Executive who has a minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll & Orientation and other HR Generalist activities.
**Designation**: HR Executive.
**Reporting to**: Human Capital Manager
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle under the guidance of Sr. HR Executive.
- Support & proactively contribute in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Maintain and update employee database into HRMS.
- Identifying employee needs with regards to performance problems, training options and career development options and making recommendations accordingly.
- Handling employee grievances.
- Reviewing and updating Attendance and queries related to the same in HRMS.
- Must be aware about payroll calculations & statutory deductions.
- Possessing working knowledge of employment related relevant laws and regulations and professional ethics.
- Possessing advanced knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in Human Resources.
- Execute employee engagement activities under the guidance of Sr. HR Executive.
- Making self-contributions as and when needed.
- CA Articles issues handling and registration.
- Managing and executing day-to-day Human Resource activities under the guidance of HR Executive.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation or Post Graduation into Human Resources.
- **Experience with CA firms will be preferred.**:
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be used to negotiation with employees.
- Experience of using HRMS.
- Proficient in technology.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift**: Day Shift (9 am to 5 pm)
