**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- **Process Management**:
- Ensure that all project activities align with organizational goals and standards.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies to streamline workflows.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- **Advanced Excel and Data Management**:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for tracking project progress and performance.
- Manage data accuracy and integrity for informed decision-making.
- **Progress Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Track and monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Escalate issues and risks promptly, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Act as the point of contact for all project-related queries and communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective coordination and resolution of concerns.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
