**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other activities as needed.
**Key Skills**:
**Excel Proficiency**:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and present findings clearly.
**Strong Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coordination role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with project management tools or software.
