KRAs outline the broad, strategic areas in which the academic dean is expected to focus. These areas ensure that the overall mission and vision of the MBA program are met.
- **Curriculum and Academic Program Development**:

- Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of the MBA curriculum to ensure it is aligned with industry trends and academic standards.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and incorporate technology into learning.
- Ensure University syllabus is delivered and completed on time.
- Ensure exam preparedness for all students.
- Identify Gap in University Curriculum and introduce Industry bridge value added courses / lectures to ensure students are industry ready.
- Introduce innovative experiential learning techniques.
- **Faculty Management and Development**:

- Recruit, retain, and support high-quality faculty.
- Provide professional development opportunities to faculty, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching and placement output.
- **Student Success and Engagement**:

- Foster an environment that supports student learning, engagement, and success.
- Implement student support services such as career counselling, internships, and networking opportunities.
- 100% pass result in university exams
- Put in measures to attain university rank
- **Accreditation and Compliance**:

- Ensure the MBA program meets the standards set by accreditation bodies (e.g., AACSB, AMBA).
- Regularly review compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- **Strategic Leadership and Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the MBA program, ensuring it attracts a diverse and high-calibre cohort of students.
- Work on expanding partnerships with businesses, alumni, and other academic institutions to enhance the program’s reputation and reach.
