Hiring for Customer Service Executive (FMCG Background)

Location
- Andheri East

Company
- Manufacturing into Plastics Packaging
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in customer service or client servicing for FMCG clients, preferably in plastic manufacturing or packaging.
- Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics and service expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and packaging teams at client organizations.
- Ensure all client documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with internal teams (QA, production, logistics) to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Address customer complaints related to product quality, delivery delays, or service issues.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- FMCG Clients : 4 years (preferred)
- Customer support: 4 years (preferred)
- Plastics Packaging: 4 years (preferred)
