**Job description**:
We are looking for an experienced Export Executive to oversee air and sample shipments, manage export documentation such as Letters of Credit and bank-related paperwork, and maintain precise entries in Tally. This position involves handling Export-Import Advance Licenses, processing RODTEP and duty drawback claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle air and sample shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and internal teams
- Prepare and verify export documents including LC, debit/credit notes, and bank-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate export entries and license details in Tally
- Manage Export Import Advance Licenses and process RODTEP benefits and duty drawback claims
- Create Proforma invoices and ensure documentation aligns with client and regulatory requirements also mMercant and other trading documents for export compliance
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams for documentation, payment updates, and approvals
- File and follow up on transit insurance claims for damaged or lost shipments

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in export operations.
- Experience in the metal industry, preferably with copper and copper alloys.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
