**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Export Operations**:

- Handle all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and country-specific regulations.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain records of all export transactions and documentation for audits and reports.

**Purchase Operations**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services as per company requirements.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and re-order supplies in a timely manner.
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and supplier performance evaluation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
