## **Roles and Responsibilities of a Security Incharge (Summary)**

1. **Develop Security Policies**: Create and enforce safety protocols.

2. **Supervise Security Staff**: Manage, train, and evaluate team performance.

3. **Risk Management**: Conduct audits, identify threats, and implement preventive measures.

4. **Monitor Systems**: Oversee CCTV, alarms, and access controls for effectiveness.

5. **Handle Incidents**: Respond to breaches, investigate, and report findings.

6. **Emergency Planning**: Design evacuation plans and conduct readiness drills.

7. **Liaise with Authorities**: Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.

8. **Promote Awareness**: Train employees and foster a security-conscious environment.

9. **Budget Management**: Allocate resources efficiently for security operations.

10. **Maintain Records**: Document incidents, inspections, and improvements.
