We are looking for a responsible Security Supervisor preferably an Ex
- service man to perform various supervisory duties pertaining to security of our organisation.

**Responsibilities**

1. He is overall responsible for the security of the organisation premises, staffs and all organisation inventories.

2. He should ensure the proper shift manning of the Security Guards deployed under him. His duties and responsibilities also include the daily morning briefing, training, turnout checking and supervising the duties of the Security Guards.

3. During the office time he will be in a proper uniform as per the organisational norms and his bearing should be an exemplary to his subordinates.

4. He should properly ensue the effective access control at the main gate especially during the rush hours in morning and evening.

5. He should ensure that the Main entrance gate needs to be manned by a security guard always.

6. He should closely monitor the CCTV displays. Any abnormalities need to address on top priority. He should ensure the serviceability of the CCTV cameras and accessories and the unserviceability of the same needs to be informed immediately to the concerned authority.

7. He should facilitate and monitor proper and safe movement of vans and other vehicles inside the campus during working hour.

8. He should ensure proper parking of staff vehicles and visitors’ vehicles.

9. Should ensure proper check in - check out of the visitor. His behaviour with all visitors should be polite and professional. He should enquire the purpose of the visit and guide the visitor to concern section / reception area.

10. He should carryout regular patrolling of the campus and keep an eye out for any hazards or strange people. He should inform the authority immediately in case of any abnormality found.

11. He should maintain all necessary documents and registers at main gate and the same needs to be put up to the authority for regular perusals.

12. He should be able to control / mitigate the crowd, mob or any physical threats by the local people diplomatically and should inform the higher authority if the problem elevates, for further assistance. He should keep all potential threats away from the organisation’s property.

13. He Should Create and put into action precautions against risks including theft, accidents, and other occurrences.

14. Before signing off from his duty he needs to brief the guards, mainly night shift guard and should ensure the proper handing over - taking over of the guards on duty.

**Requirements and skills**
- Experienced as Security Supervisor (Ex-Servicemen is plus).
- Physically and medically fit to perform the duties (No overweight and obesity).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills (Graduation is plus).
- Ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
